Common in habitats with a dense shrub layer, from rainforest
and wet sclerophyll forest to woodlands and heaths. Usually seen in pairs or
family parties and often joins in mixed species flocks in non-breeding period.
Habitat – Understory in rainforest & eucalypt forests in this region. The Proserpine area is the northern extent of the species distribution.
