The Spotted Python is a small python very similar to the well-known Children’s Python found in the far north of Australia.
It is a non-venomous constrictor that feeds on a variety of small vertebrates including other reptiles, frogs, birds, bats and mice. Active mostly at night but also during the day when the weather is overcast. Often found around buildings and in rock walls.
