Limnodynastes tasmaniensis

Snout Vent Length – 45mm

Habitat – wide variety of habitats especially dams and areas
of flood prone rank grassland. Absent from rainforest.

Close detailed examination of the digits of this frog is required in order to differentiate this species from the almost identical Marbled Frog (Limnodynastes convexiusculus).
