Total Length – 600mm

Endemic to the northeast and central Queensland Coast.

A small secretive goanna found alongside coastal waterways and mangroves where it lives in hollow limbs and tree trunks.  Rarely observed due to its secretive nature. Has been recorded in recent years at Bowen and Cape Hillsborough.
