Pink-tongued Skink

Max Snout Vent Length – 200m

Distributed along Australia’s eastern coast from around
Cairns to eastern NSW.

 

Found in wet forests. Climbs well and finds refuge in tree
hollows. Feeds mainly on slugs and snails. Can be active both by day (diurnal)
and night (nocturnal).
