Owl, Rufous

Behaviour much as Powerful Owl which it replaces in the
rainforests  of northern Australia. Both
species are reported to occur at Eungella. Roosts in dense foliage. Also found
roosting in city parks foraging in parks fro small mammals and mid-sized birds.
