Mourning Gecko

Lepidactylus lugubris


Maximum Snout Vent Length – 50mm

Introduced from seAsia to ne Queensland.  Common in the Mackay/Whitsunday/Isaac region.          

A small predominantly arboreal gecko normally associated with human dwellings and gardens. Can be seen on palm fronds, fruit trees and other vegetation at night. Also found in beach debris and palm trees along beach fronts.
