Lemon-barred Forest Skink
Concinnia amplus
Snout Vent Length – 115mm
Endemic to our region occurring only from Eungella to the Proserpine area.
Can be seen sitting on rocks along water courses and within wet areas of rainforests. Appears to shun direct sunlight unlike most other skinks.
Feeds on insects and other arthropods.
