Eastern Tube-nosed Bat
Found from around Lismore to Cape York. Inhabits rainforests,
open forests, woodlands and heaths where it feeds on fruits and nectar from
Banksia and other heathland plants. Roost in canopy of rainforest, mostly alone
but sometimes in small groups.
