Eastern Spiny-tailed Gecko

Maximum Snout Vent Length – 60mm

Occurs in dry sclerophyll forests and woodlands, often
featuring ironbark eucalypts, cypress pines, brigalow or mulga. Arboreal,
sheltering under bark, in hollows or in dappled sunlight on exposed slender
branches. Has the ability to squirt a sticky, thick repellent fluid
from glands along the back and tail when under duress.
