Eastern Spinebill
Acanthorynchus tenuirostris
A small distinctive and active Honeyeater. Inhabits moist
heaths, forest, woodland, gardens & rainforest. Specialises in extracting
nectar from flowers of heathy tress and shrubs, but also gleans and hawks
insects and spiders.
