Golden showers

Shrub or small tree, usually 2 to 8m in height. Flaky bark, almost paperbark like on older plants.

Leaf:
6-13cm long with three to six pairs of leaflets. Leaflets, ovate, 1.6-4.5 x 1.2-1.7cm with 2-3mm long stalks. Dark green upper leaf surfaces and purple green lower surface, especially on new growth.

Flower description: Up to 30 yellow flowers on a stem 15cm long. Each flower has a 1cm long stalk. Sepals 3 x2mm, petals 7-10 x 3-5mm.
